COCO HYDR8 is run by COCO HYDR8 B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under [KvK number], [registered address]. Questions about your data: info@cocohydr8.com.

What we collect, and why

• The list. Your email address, the page you signed up on and, if you voted, your favourite flavour. We use it to tell you when ordering opens and which flavours made Batch 001.
• Business enquiries. Name, club or business, type of business, town, email, phone (optional), expected volume and your message. We use it to answer you and send trade terms.

Who processes it

Form submissions are stored by Netlify (Netlify Forms), which hosts this site. Our email runs on Hostinger. If we start using an email-marketing service or a webshop platform, we name it here before your data goes there.

How long we keep it

Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe. Business enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a customer and tax law requires us to keep records longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, and you can unsubscribe from every email we send. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
